Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It explains important limits on GCENA, Ciel, and the support features in the app.

1. GCENA is not an emergency service

GCENA is not a replacement for emergency services, crisis hotlines, medical care, or law enforcement. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services right away. Do not wait for a reply from Ciel or another user.

2. Ciel is an AI companion, not a professional

Ciel is an AI-powered companion built by GCENA to offer caring conversation and emotional support. Ciel is not a human, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or any licensed professional.

Ciel does not provide:

Any information from Ciel is for general conversation and support only. Always seek qualified professional help for medical, legal, financial, or mental health decisions.

3. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect

Ciel uses automated language technology. Responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on Ciel for critical decisions. Use your own judgment and talk to trusted people or qualified professionals when needed.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

GCENA does not guarantee that using the app, Ciel, or community features will improve any personal, emotional, social, or health outcome. Individual experiences vary.

5. User-generated content

Posts, comments, and messages from other users reflect their own views, not GCENA's. We do not endorse all user content. See our Community Guidelines and report harmful content when you see it.

6. Voice and video calls

Inner Circle voice calls connect directly between users where possible; when a direct connection is not possible, call audio is relayed through a relay server so the call can still connect. Video calls are carried by our own video server rather than going directly between the two phones. GCENA does not guarantee call quality, connection success, camera quality, or availability. On a weak connection a video call may continue as voice only. Calls are not recorded by GCENA for sale or advertising. Do not use voice or video calls for emergencies.

7. External information

Ciel may use general knowledge or limited reference information to answer some factual questions. GCENA does not guarantee live accuracy for prices, store hours, weather, news, or other real-time information unless explicitly stated in the app.

8. Subscription features

Premium features may change over time as GCENA improves. Feature availability can depend on your device, network, region, and subscription status.

9. Earnings are not guaranteed

Creator tips are not an income opportunity, a job, or an investment. GCENA makes no promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. What creators earn depends on tips freely given. Tip rates, and the plans they depend on, may change. Any figures shown in the app or on this website are examples of how the rates work, not a forecast. You are responsible for any tax that applies to money you receive — see the Terms of Service.

10. Live streaming

Campfire Live is an optional in-app live. Picture and sound are carried by our own video server in Germany and are not recorded by us as a replay. We do not guarantee quality, latency, or availability. Live is not an emergency service and is separate from Inner Circle calls. GCENA does not offer YouTube Live or a YouTube channel connection.

11. Use at your own discretion

You use GCENA voluntarily and are responsible for how you use the app and how you interpret information received through it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCENA is not liable for decisions you make based on app content or AI responses.
